This is really good and has a lot of potential. Id say to try learning a bit more perspective for a 3/4 view. It looks like you tried to go for a 3/4s view and got more a head on view.
If you arent using them already. Guideline Crosses in places where you need to center things really help out with that. For the face, where the two lines meet is where the nose should go.
Whenever you put these guidleines the vertical line should be where the vertical center of whete you're putting it, and the horizontal line should be where the horizontal center is. Where the lines meet is the absolute center of both.
I attached a guide if you need a visual understanding of what im saying. (Im not the best at drawing PD, sorry)

First of all this sketch is great!
But if you really want tips on how to improve it, I would say the proportions are a bit off... Maybe try to make the eyes and hands slightly bigger.
And, if you can, you maybe will need to make the facial expression more... Alive?
