Ello everyone, and I have another challenge entry today! This amazing challenge idea was made by Calypso :cherry_blossom: , go check them, out!
The main idea of the challenge was to make a gem room for an existing gem, or an oc. I decided to use my Ruby oc of this since I wanted to make her room for a really long time. Without further ado, here it is!
For her room, I decided to base it off of Steven’s slightly, since that’s probably one of the only versions of a bedroom she’s seen in a long time. I feel like she probably wouldn’t spend tons of time in her room, hence the lack of furniture and decoration, but would probably use it more as a place to be alone of a bit.
Since she has the ability to recall items she bubbled before, I liked the idea that the bubbles were stored in her room for the time being, and was used as a light source. She has a puddle in her room like a few other to go to different places.(it’s only pink because the rest of the room is pink/red. Blue would have look really out of place.) I also decided to add a small lava fountain, mainly to keep the room ‘warm’(I can’t draw or color lava well…)

Like I said, I don’t . I probably called it that because there is already a bubble room in the temple
