Caprese Salad

Here's another recipe that you never see but gets mentioned (in "Shirt Club"): Buck, after seeing only donuts for sale, asks for a caprese salad at the Big Donut.

And of course Lars wants to get what Buck wants.

"Lars, we don't even have vegetables here!"

So, very similar to the Salad That's Mostly Cheese, I'm making something we never see in the show, and it is also salad.

Plus the Crewniverse made a caprese salad to celebrate the release of "Shirt Club"! So there's precedent.

Ingredients:

• Basil

• Mozzarella

• Tomatoes

• Olive oil

• Salt and Pepper

Cut the mozzarella cheese in slices.

Cut some tomato slices.

Wash and separate the basil leaves.

Arrange the mozzarella slices and tomatoes alternating, and begin to place basil leaves in between however you aesthetically think you should.

There ya go.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Add salt and pepper if you want and nom!
