Perfect White Pearl

Tartarus (Tar)

.

Tartarus (based off of tartaric acid/ the white stuff on the outside of the sour patch kid) was one of White Diamond's first pearls. She was in charge of taking care of the remains of shattered gems. This lead to the nickname of Tartarus, the deepest region of hades, because the shattered gems were in their own kind of hell.

Perfect Lapis

Gummy

.

Gummy (based off of the gummy part of the sour patch kid- yes, creative name, I know ( ꈍᴗꈍ)). Gummy a part of Blue Diamond's colony, but she had the urge to explore further. She used the warp to go to another planet, one of White's. While exploring, some gems caught her snooping where she wasn't supposed to be. They tried to take her in, but she fought back, managing to poof some of them using her water powers. Unfortunately, she too was poofed and sent to White. Somehow her gem got mixed up with shattered gems and was brought down to Tartarus. Before she was dealt away with, she was reformed.

After Tartarus found that Gummy was an unharmed Lapis that had fallen in with other shattered gems, it was up to her to decide what to do with her. Tartarus, after some convincing, decided to spare Gummy. She received a sudden hug in return. Shocked, Tartarus let herself sink into the touch that she had been so long starved of (let's be honest, White Diamond isn't giving out hugs, and if she is all the gems she's hugging are ending up in the pile that goes to Tartarus) and the two fused into Patches.
