SU:MC Comic: Peridox Introduction

Featuring: Iridium & Sphalerite

This was project in backburner for an fair while, recreating an iconic scene from the starts of Arc 2. For context With The Than Threat 'Oppisites' ever-looming, the two were on-guard and so acted defensive. The second took some work recreating the temple with the additions and making sure those in sight were there. Apache Tear, Kyanite, Aventurine & aphire do not make an appearence in the perspective. Apa would be in metaphysical room meditating, Pas would be in the sink, Aven is above out of sight where the hole is and Kyan would either been at kitchen or out. This event is pretty iconic moment for introducing the side character, Obsidian and Gray Pearl friend located at homeworld, taking place during the starts of era 3 establishments after change your mind things are up in the air.

Some highlight moments to match these iconic lyrics

Life: Apache Tear or rather the shards that made them all gathered and molded in molten lava miraculously causing an nigh impossiblity of a rebirth of the shattered ally, although not as they were, reborn. This iconic moment showed more about Obsidian with Amazonite as prime witness.

Death: Black Jet witness laid witness to their homeworld comrade Aragonite death, a sacrifice so they could live on. Black Jet is one of Obsidian crew, most thought or confirmed shattered. Those who survived didn't get much better fate. aphire locked away for 'lies', Comby and Pebble no longer had way to in directly & Black Jet wandered for decades alone. Only Gray Pearl Remained at Obsidian's side.

Love: GGT+Wub, Mags Duo, Red Beryl x Red Coral and inklings of crush. Rubin is the odd one out for good reason. These are some of the cute romantic elements around for the good, bad or twisted can find happiness with another. Except Rubin, Rubin should avoid love altogether.

Birth: Promethium, Violet & Iridium Gemling with the same name as their fusion. As Bentitote continues to be there for Iridium and White Pearl looks at intrigued on the prospect

Peace: Mostly landscape shot of Little Homeworld locals, Selenite Hotel & the Repair Shop. Showing the good out of the bad. Golden Pearl just there.

War: Hunter started the everlooming, ever continuing prospect of lingering danger. For as long as CGR stand as enemies, the inevitablity of War towards the HWC & Opps remains. Freeing Gaspeite and establishing base of mountainside.

Golden Pearl: Fight, Bright, Fright

Golden wielding the mechanized gauntlet, Golden Teasing Happy's crush on them in sweet act of karmatic payback & Lightly touching into the grim dark tragedy that is Golden Pearl history without direct mention of that.

I been doing artworks lately surrounding the characters I operate wielding their signature weaponry, whether summoned or made. Such as Obsidian with Gem Gripplers, Hop with the sickles unchained and Magnetites (Serparated) with their Hammers in a ever cute pose.

SU:MC Era 1: Facet PX1 Trio

Taking step back way into the far past. Obsidian use to look far more like an Elite Commander and lacks their scar. Lava Rock has little change. Dark 'Hop' Hauyne seems to be more outshown as well.

This also an lookback but not quite as far back, Obsidian change of form but remains ever the same & Gray's Old' Look. The Ever Loyal Homeworld Elite.

SU:MC Obsidian's Forms

Fairly odd aspect is Obsidian will default to 'Form 3' when reset. They had 3 prior forms to that. I always felt Obsidian hadn't quite the look for their elite status, so this aspect was added in. Also you can see the changes to garb overtime. Their is element of mystrey surrounding that scar.

SU:MC Team Dynamics

The Three Groups 'Team Dynamic'. It was good getting gauge at the three and what roles they fill in combat. Although the CGRs seem incomplete. That is about that.
