Hello Everyone and this is the outfit for Black Tourmaline for the Starlight ball.
so she wears an suit because she want to say that the rumours about her snake leg's aren't true. And black tourmaline actually doesn't shows her eye's but white tourmaline shows, and since we know black and white are the same gem she shows here one eye.
