I've always felt guilty for shipping these two but their dynamic just feels so refreshing from cartoon media saturated with happy couples...

The artwork itself looks fantastic!! Especially their faces and hair! Absolutely stunning!

And I absolutely love these two, although I do think their relationship is toxic, I adore the idea of them starting to work past their differences and especially in Steven Universe future; the idea of them still being a little broken from their past so deciding to help one another, lapis learning to forgive and jasper learning that she can live freely now. It definitely isn't the most sunshine relationship, but I like that about it.

Back when I was watching SUF, I really though they'll do something with these two. The amount of screen time our dear Jasper got and the fact that they didn't see each other since Alone at Sea made me hope they might finally have some interactions... But as we know, that never happened
