Created by Yellow Diamond at the beginning of Era 1, Lemon Sapphire was sent to War and fought. As a young Sapphire, she spent most of her time baking and enjoying herself in her room along with her best friend, Lemon Pearl.
Lemon Sapphire loved to cook her favorite dessert and that's lemon blondies, some say that they love it so much that they constantly eat it every day also stated that she’s a talented cook and should be part of the cooking competition.
After Era 2, she later moved to Beach City and started her new job at Bakery Delights, a dessert place consisting of Gems manufacturing. She’s very close to Perwinkle Sapphire and Coconut Macaroon Agate, after Perwinkle Sapphire’s firing, Lemon Sapphire was able to talk to her most of the time. Many people around the world wanted to learn how to cook from her someday and become better and that’s what Lemon Sapphire did once, baked and tried her very best, it takes time and courage to make a special dessert, speaking of that, it did took her within 72 hours to create the perfect batch.
