I already have a basic design of her body type, skintone, face, gem, and hair. I just need someone who can redraw her well with the outfit that I want.
You need to be able to:
Draw outfits well with small detail
Have good sense of color choice
draw a full-body character

If you're wanting heavy detail on diamond, i recommend saving up a few more AC (round about 5k ac) and commisioning people like Sketchiemix, Sketchie businness, Spookiemora and so on. (They have amazingly detailed artwork!)
