Make Your Own Gem Coin Purse

Hello this is My first tutorial on this Amino so I hope you like it

Materials:

-2 pet bottles

-regular sized zipper

-hot glue gun and glue stick

-Newpaper and regular white glue

-Paintbrush and paint

-Marker

-Cutter ( its easier than scissors )

I may have did some of the steps while phone was charging but here it is.

1. Measure and cut the two bottles making them as even as possible

2. After mix glue and water in cup the glue to water ratio should be 2:1 or 75% glue 25% water

3. Tear up pieces of newspaper

4.Start applying the newspaper by painting it onto the bottles.

5. Makes as much layers as you want but make sure that you have a lot of newspaper in the middle

6. Once done wait for it to dry and start painting I chose to do Amethyst's Gem because that's my birthstone

7. The first coat might be thin depending on the medium of paint you're using. I had to do 2 coats with watercolor

8. Once its dry use a markedly make the gem's cut. I'm sorry for the lighting my camera's lens is really bad. The resolution would be much better if I had a good camera.

9. Now for the part where you need help. When the bottles are dry its time to attach the zipper. Ready up the glue gun it's gonna take a moment to warm up.

Dab on a piece of hot glue at the end of the zipper and go along until you reach one end.

And then repeat on the other side

Oh yeah I forgot in case you want it really neat, get tweezers and pluck out the hot glue string things
