why would you like to ?

> ♪ I haven’t been posting as much as I would’ve liked to, especially since I am on summer break; so by ing, this’ll push me into posting more and not being afraid to share and express my ideas with others. It would hopefully help with me get more comfortable in meeting and talking to new people and possibly build new friendships in this fandom / amino.

why do you create adopts? [if you have made adopts before]

> ♪ I haven’t created adopts in a hot minute but when I did I would create them because I love expressing myself and giving life to the ideas in my head.

why do you want to create adopts now? [if you haven’t made adopts before]

> ♪ Like I said before, I created adopts a long while ago but I’d like to get back into the adoptables game and give adopts to people who will give them the love and attention they deserve.

a customer is being rude whilst buying your adopt, e.g. giving snide comments to others who bid/offer, what do you do?

> ♪ Politely ask them to be respectful to others who are trying to bid / offer. If that doesn’t work I’ll ask another member of the team to help me reason with the customer and warn them that if they continue I’ll have to ban them from entering / biding / offering. And if they still don’t listen after our warnings, I will ban them from entering and repost them.

you notice another member having inappropriate behaviour to their customers, getting angry at them etc, what do you do?

> ♪ I’ll privately dm them and help them calm down and take a breather. Once they’ve calmed down, I will suggest that they should go back and try to handle the situation in a more appropriate manor and possibly apologize to the customer; whether through the comments or in a private dm is up to them.
