You guys honestly made it so hard to choose just a few winners! I had a really hard time assessing these to figure out which one was the top best! I knew I couldn’t have everyone win but I appreciate the artworks as everyone of them was creative in their own way! Anyway onto the Results!!

In 3rd place we have…

The Silt Manticore by SpookieMora

Score: 23/30

The whole design of this character is amazing! The use of bronze and brown shades to show the natural fur colour and the Manticore features such as the tail and claws paired with the horse hooves, makes for a really aesthetic and similar design! The features of the rock armour was quite creative as well! The only thing that really brought down the points a bit is that their was no bat wings like a Manticore but besides that it’s quite Amazing!

In 2nd place we have…

The Phoenix Pearl by FernDusk

Score: 24/30

The Phoenix is a quite beautiful mythical creature and this character has definitely embodied that. From the overall colour palette and the creative choices with the outfits and feathers, it makes a very creative and aesthetic design! I love the way they incorporated some Peacock feathers in as well to tie it back to the Pearls gentle yet graceful nature but still made them look powerful. There was a few little design features that stopped it from getting a few more marks but besides those small things it pretty awesome! Overall this character comes in close to first!

And finally in 1st place we have…

The Egyptian Malachite Sphinx by SPECK

Score: 26/30

This character almost perfectly represents the Sphinx in all its glory. The colour palette manages to contrast and complement each other at the same time and the patterns on the body are a great touch! Using a Malachite fusion to have the dog-like lower half was a really good call and the golden jewelry adds a hint of royalty like the Sphinx was considered to be this powerful creature of Egyptian legend. The story as well is quite creative and it manages to tie The whole character together quite nicely! The only thing holding it back is a few lost similarities but everything else it just perfect! So congratulations Speck, you are our 1st place Winner!
