Old drawing I made of my OC Nora.
She's a hybrid (half gem/human). A Rose Quartz, and lived somewhat hidden from the diamonds.
Her mother was very close to Pink Diamond before she left her like she did with Spinel.
After Pink Diamond's fake death and all gems are corrupted on Earth, she hid while all other Roses were poofed.
Rose managed to return to Earth and lived there for thousands of years, until she met a human who fell in love and had a daughter. But while she was pregnant, to keep her human husband safe from other gems, she returned to Homeworld and stayed at the human zoo until she gives birth.
And two years before having Nora, Rose heard the rebellious Rose, leader of the Crystal Gems, mention the name Nora and that's when she had the idea of calling her daughter Nora.
After Nora was 14, she heard that the war was over and stayed with the other Roses a little.
She would go to her home planet, Earth, and then meet the Crystal Gems there. And since Steven is traveling the world, she would temporarily take his place, covering a little of the longing for Steven's Gems.
And after a while she would change her style.
