Once I was a DIAMOND...

Oh I , once I was a Diamond sharp as could be

Then walked into my life was a fusion as different as me

I when I was a Diamond, perfectly cut on all sides, then came a fusion

Garnet was her name to be

We Diamonds fought for thousands of years to keep order and decency

They came a fusion that was as different as could be

All eyes stopped when fusion was front and center

When I seen the bright flash that took place that one long winter

I knew things where to change, there was to be no winner

So here we Diamonds go again, off to rule another planet

This time I chose to stay here on the planet Earth

Then I met a human called Greg with a weird tool he called a ukulele

He played it so well that I started to fall in love, wanted to make a child and travel the world abuzz

But I knew that I couldn't be there for him, so I left him a video to inform him of my fate

I said Steven, is what I named him, I'm going to become half of you

Loving you, laughing with you, caring and cherishing memories, don't worry, I'll always be there with you

What hurts me the most is that I cant talk to him, watching through his eyes

At the Big Donut and getting The Bits of fries, hanging with the Pizzas and Tiger Millionaire
