So in the Wanted event, Rodinate, a new gem, is thought to be a fusion of pink Pearl and a ruby. This theroy is based of if thats true. You know our Pearl has a spacesuit with a pink diamond on it, stating it belonged to Pink Diamond. So my guess is when it was found out about Rodonite, our pearl was called in to replace her.
