2. How many s do you believe should be welcomed by one team member per week?

It depends of activity of the person that is in Welcome Team. No one is active here all day long, we all have our own tasks, like school or even job. But I believe that from 5 to 10 s should be fine.

3. What do you think being a Welcome Team member means? What does it mean to you?

In my opinion, this is big responsibility. It's much more than just "Welcome to this community!"

You are actually the fist person that helps that new face , and you somehow guide them. I would love to help these new people become more active, and I would love to give them a warm welcome of course.

4. Have you ever broken the Guidelines? If yes, please elaborate!

I don't think so. I made a poll once tha got deleted, but still I'm not sure why.

5. You see a in the New feed with an inappropriate name and/or profile picture; how would you react/respond?

I would kindly tell them to change that. If tha person would still have that inappropriate name/pfp I would just go to a curator/mod with this.

6. A you have recently welcomed wants to know what they can do to feel like they are apart of the community; how would you react/respond?

I would offer them public chats, adopt teams, and Challenges that our community has!

7. As you are welcoming, you see a welcoming with an OFFICIAL Welcome Team message who is not apart of the team; how would you react/respond?

I would kindly tell them that they can welcome new , but they need to stop using official welcome team message.
