As Steven Universe Future’s premier inches closer and closer(December 7) it is as good a time as ever(especially on Thanksgiving) for all of us to give thanks to one another. Steven Universe has been filled with what I consider great storytelling on a level that is unrivaled. For me, the show represents all that each of us can be, both within ourselves, as well as in our interactions with others. So I am thankful for Cartoon Network giving a unknown cartoon writer the platform to make her own story that has has now reached millions worldwide.
