Rose & Pearl

So I know this is probably a bit in the past with mystery girl coming into play as well as Greg and Pearl having their heart to heart in season 3, but it still got me thinking. Rose knew Pearl loved her (like come on it is more than sub text) so what did she do when Greg came along? Yea it has happened before "I was fine, with the men, who would come into her life now and again" but I mean when Rose and Greg actually knew they completely loved each other. Did Rose just ignore Pearl's jealousy and hurt? Did they talk about it? What is Pearl's side of the story?
