i am most usually active during the early/late afternoon (Est time zone), and pretty late at night/early in the morning.

i calmly tell them to calm down or they will face consequences, and that such intense behavior is absolutely not permitted in the SAB. if they continue, i will take the issue up with staff, as it could develop into a case of harassment or even bullying.

:dizzy: You notice a fellow leader is constantly criticising one person. How do you confront them? Or do you confront them at all? :dizzy:

i do not confront them, as that could lead to further unnecessary conflict. instead, i message noodle and inform them of the situation, giving proof and an explaining what happened.

i’m an extroverted, funny, and artistic person! i love art, animals, music, and acting. i sing, draw, read, and act. i have 3 cats and 2 dogs, and also enjoy playing video games like splatoon 2, minecraft, etc.

when i saw the concept for the team, i absolutely fell in love. i adore the inclusion of all types of artists. living cosplay and being a musician, i love being able to see those two hobbies get love like drawing artists do!

being a leader means setting an example for the of a group. it means keeping order, and making sure that the environment they moderate is a safe and friendly place for all s involved in the group.
