So! Today, I wanna talk about Black Serendibite!

Why is she evil?/What's her motive?

Well! Serendibite HATES elder gems and high ranks! She's jealous to say the least! And she wants to get rid of them! Why? Well, let me explain!

Why does she hate these gems?

Well, one MAIN reason!

Elderbite. Who is Elderbite? She's the "elder" Serendibite! Basically the first one created! Why does she hate her? Well, this drawing and I shall explain.

Elderbite is the Serendibite that is speaking. She bullies and makes fun of Serendibite and thinks she is better than her. Real mature, huh?

She puts Seren down a lot due to the fact that she gets more praise than her.

WHICH is another reason!

Although serendibite does all that she is asked, she never gets noticed or praised for it. She is seen as dumb as Elderbite rumored her to be.

Because of this, she noticed that higher rank gems get all the attention. She now thinks that higher gems are self-centered and they need to disappear. (Or she should get more attention.)

When she was made:

She was completely fine and well-known when made! But it was after she went on her first mission when things went downhill for her. She saw a Quartz and an Aquamarine get shattered right in front of her eyes. This information was taken to an advantage by Elderbite. Seren lost her reputation when the Elder said that she had abandoned them and left them for dead.

Serendibite herself:

Serendibite isn't a bad gem at "heart." She's just misunderstood. She's been bullied and put down. She feels as though she will be put down again by others, and to stop that, she must rise.
