‣ my time zone is est (eastern standard time)!

‣ unless an issue comes up (power outage, family emergency, etc), i am active every day! i am also homeschooling, so my activity ranges through the entire day from morning to right around midnight.

‣ during show hiatuses, the number of welcomes a welcome team member should be giving should range between 70-105 per week, 10-15 per day, meanwhile episode release dates can optionally lower the welcoming rate down to 35-70 per week, 5-10 per day, as some will want to take time off from amino to watch the new episodes (again, optional! if a wishes to welcome on a normal rate during episode releases, that’s alright!)

‣ to be a welcome team member means becoming a sort of front desk associate — you welcome newcomers and make them feel welcome, as well as provide them with sources that will help them to go along with their visit smoothly.

‣ now that i am homeschooling, only a few issues will prevent me from my work on the welcome team. some of these are minor, such as power outages or a family gathering. others are serious matters that could happen, such as emergencies or a death in the family. of course, the likelihood of these issues is very slim, but still possible! i am also a part of the event team and report team, so even though my daily schedule is very flexible, i still have some stuff on my hands!

‣ i have broke the guidelines once — back when i first ed, i created a post that was less than three sentences (back when this rule was still enlisted in the guidelines). apart from this, i haven’t made any other violations!

‣ to address the issue of an inappropriate name/pfp, the best possible action would be pointing out this issue and requesting that it be handled before further action be taken by the curators, who, needless to say, will hide the content of their profile immediately under the of amino’s young age range.

‣ there are many ways to make a feel welcomed into the community! welcome team can inform them about ongoing challenges/events, as well as how to get involved in public chatrooms, which is one of the greatest ways to connect with other of sua!

‣ are much more than welcome to introduce newcomers to the community — so long as they use their own welcome messages! if there is a member who is copying and pasting official welcome team messages to newcomers’ walls, this member should immediately be ed and the issue should be addressed.
