In my opinion, pearl definetly. She was the most scary and powerful thing I've ever seen in "The Answer", so if the show were consistent, she could probably beat Jasper easily

Pearl can beat Sugilite and can dance and fight at the same time ( that time she fought Amethyst and dodged all Amethyst's attacks with her eyes closed and still kicked her in the face). Also, when the Crystal Gems had to fight the water clones, in my opinion, Pearl did the best.
It depends whats at stake, get pearl mad and who knows what she'll do.
