That's the same with Quartzes. They are exactly the same gem except that they have different colours. It's not mixed gem fusion because they are the same. Pearls aren't even called differently based on their colour. They are just 'Pearls'. We are the ones that call them by colour.
Also Padparadscha is literally referred to as 'orange Saphire'.
they are technically the same gem but pad is just an orange saphire
