- rosie not only looks like a child, but she also acts like one, as well. although outwardly she is very quiet, she isn't afraid to tell other people what she thinks, and is more brutally honest than she is considerate of other people's emotions. she carries with her a childish sort of selfishness, but when she finds someone that she likes, she seems to get attached very easily and gives them many gifts.

- rosie isn't afraid to fight for who she considers to be her family, and since she is very picky over who she lets into her circle, being considered her friend at all is something not many have achieved. aside from that though, she loves many cute things, and acts a bit like a little kid, even though she is much smarter and more perceptive to others than she lets on.

rosie's past was fairly usual, up until word got out that pink diamond had been shattered by a rose quartz gem. it was at that time that every rose quartz was being poofed and bubbled by blue diamond, and so rosie ran, and managed to escape by launching herself into an escape pod to an unknown destination. as things panned out, that destination happened to be earth's moon, where she lived in hiding in the old moon base until she was found by steven.

she did make friends with steven, and seemed to grow rather attached to the crystal gems, going on earth to live with them for the timebeing. after a while though, she wished to pitch out and make a life of her own. this was at around the same time she met an angel aura quartz gem named nova, who was raised on earth, and the two of them hit it off instantly. since then, rosie has been living with nova and his two human "brothers", drew and axel, in the suburbs of beach city.
