Hair color/style: Her hair is transparent purple, and a gel-like texture with little sparkles all over. It used to be VERY long, but she shaved it all off.

Body type: Hourglass shaped, somewhat skinny.
Height: About 40ft. Tall (somewhere between Yellow & White Diamond, for comparison)
Outfit: (Original outfit is a w.i.p.) For her wedding, she wore a simple lavender wedding dress with lavender flats. For accessories she had a purple veil with pink Rue flowers on top, as well as 3 gold rings on her right hand and 1 on her left. After the event her outfit became torn and dirty, but the flowers stayed exactly the same. She poofed a Teal Spinel and embedded her gem in the ring on her left hand.
Gem description: A Violet Diamond shaped like Yellow's, placed on the back of her head. It's embedded below her hair, which is why it's (the hair) such a strange color and texture.

Abilities: She has the ability to form the beginnings of stars and planets. These are very very small, and will not form properly without help from the other diamonds. (as do their powers not work without her) dispite this her powers do emense damage if she were to, say, form a star inside a gem's body. Along with this she has all other powers typical of diamonds, such as the ability to partially cause/heal corruption and very high damage resistance.

Combat Strengths/Weaknesses: Her powers are partially emotion-based, she's incredibly strong when angry or envious, but very weak when sad or distraught.

Backstory:
Violet Diamond's Homeworld doesn't exactly have ranked Diamonds, they all have an equal part to play, and they're all very important. Violet's part is the creation of galaxies! She can form very small versions of planets and stars, which grow over time.
Dispite their huge responsibilities, the Diamonds are not exempt from living normal lives- Violet even had a lover, and they had planned a wedding.
It did not go as planned. Violet was abandoned on her wedding day- Seeing this as the ultimate embarrassment, she fled Homeworld.
Violet's Fleeing was no joke- while Homeworld
jokingly dubbed her "Galactic Bridezilla", she began to develop a new view on life- that being one in which no one else deserves her, and her attention is too valuable to be given to just anyone. The first gem to mistakenly ignore this was the Spinel she currently wears as a ring.
Somewhere along here she shaved her head as well, finding the sparkly stars in her hair a far too striking reminder of the purpose she's failing to live up to by spending her time brooding on an unmapped planet.
