・I go by Ester and my pronouns change day to day depends on what I feel like that day. My age is 20. My timezone is EST.・

Yes I just generally work well with others since I love being around people. Also making new friends so I definitely work well with teams.

O4 : have you ever been apart of a mod team before? if so what aminos? The Bratz amino with a friend who I used to work with. She deleted it.

I would fairly ask them both what happened. If it gets out of hand strike them/ban but always run it by the others in the mods team.

Themes , complex edits , pixels , ect . Anything.

I would consider myself to be creative yes. Also my challenge ideas would be the characters with different 80s movies , it could be themes , edits, or even mood boards . Example if I did robin and ally sheedy in a edit. Or the color challenge where basically let's say it's dustin and the colors yellow you would make a yellow edit.

To care for the community, and it's safety. To promote the community as well. Be welcoming. Follow rules and abide by them. Make sure that everyone has a great time here and feel safe and cared for.
