Ⓐ so I first started with some base colors, laying down the right values and such

Ⓑ I then started detailing the features more, adding highlights and shadows so eyes nose lips and Han’s cute cheeks stick out more

Ⓒ Third I added the hair because I wasn’t happy with the head shape, so I hoped the hair would fix that and I do think it did

Ⓓ I combined a new brush I made with the smudge tool, to get the hair to look more like hair. My favorite for hair is a oil painting brush I have, it gives the hair the perfect texture in my opinion

Ⓔ I wasn’t quite happy with the finished product, it looked a bit boring, so I added little sparkles in the eyes and hair and used a pencil brush to give the hair and face a little more texture.

I’m honestly quite happy with the finished painting and it only took me a little over an hour.
