ホミリ and my mom ★ (#2)

i'm back with the second challenge, dear friends!!

today i will be talking about homily, who is arrietty's mother and is the ghibli mom that reminds me most of my own.

while watching arrietty, i immediately thought of my mother whenever homily was on screen- they are extremely similar to each other, and i love them both dearly! for starters, my mom worries about me a lot, and, just like homily, is often telling me to stay safe and make good choices. she is also a really poetic person- despite how anxious she can get, she is a calm dreamer when it comes to the future and trying new things; my mom loves going places and seeing new sights, especially the ocean. also, they just kinda look alike, which is cool! they both have stark black hair and a similar face shape. ^^

i love my mother, and i really enjoying watching arrietty and being reminded of her.♡
