Hello everyone! I’ve been having trouble falling asleep and I’m sure you have to. In this week's blog I’m going to tell you how I fall asleep easily. Make sure to save this blog for future references. Let’s get started!

Set a time to go to bed 🛌
Pick a bedtime and wake up time. Start slowly by going to bed a 15 minutes before you actually go to bed. You can start to slowly increase your time, this will help you ease into that nightly routine.
Turn off all of your devices 30 minutes before bedtime. :iphone:
Stop using your electronics before bedtime, instead you should grab a book that has been tucked away in your nightstand and read it.
Do something to relax your brain :book:
A few things that you can do to relaxare read, meditate, take a warm bath, journal all of your thoughts. You can also think of all the things that you need to accomplish tomorrow. Don’t make yourself stressed over having to do everything.
Exercise before bed :runner:
After exercise you will most likely feel tired, so exercising before bed can make you feel tired. You can exercise about 2 hours before bed, so that you will feel refreshed and be able to sleep.
Make sure you are not to cold or to hot
Being too cold or too hot could prevent you from sleeping. I recommend buying a heat/cool fan so when it's that time of night and your cold/hot you can fix that. But if a fan is not in your budget turn down the thermostat to the temperature that fits your needs.
Don’t drink caffeinated beverages after 3pm :coffee:
Drinking caffeinated beverages can and will make you awake, less giving you a good night's rest. You should be having 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Getting the right amount of sleep will help you a lot.
Don’t eat after 8pm.
Eating things like turkey, apples, cucumbers, watermelon, tomatoes, grapefruit, raspberries, zucchini, and more can help you feel tired. You’ll also probably make unhealthy choices when eating after dinner. Yes it's fine to have desert, or a snack before bed, but eating the entire pantry before bed is not the way to go.
Meditate or Listen to Music :notes:
As a relaxation technique, it can quiet the mind and body while enhancing inner peace. When done before bedtime, meditation may help reduce insomnia and sleep troubles by promoting overall calmness. Listening to relaxing music may help put you to sleep.

Before I slept at 12-1AM
Can you please make a post on how to NOT sleep? I do these things yet I sleep. And for people who have insomnia or can’t sleep please don’t be offended. I have my personal reasons for not wanting to sleep.
I'm crying because I do all of these and my insomnia is so bad :(
Try taking melatonin 30 mins before bed. That helps me
