As this school year is officially over for me, I decided to reflect on it. I realised I need some changes, otherwise I would probably go mad. I'm doing this challenge, so I can finally stop feeling overwhelmed and stressed out.
This is a lengthy post and I'm sorry for that.

That's the number one thing I have to do. I didn't have much time for myself in this school year due to bad time management and procrastination. That left me feeling stressed out, exhausted and overwhelmed. Now I'll make sure to have at least half an hour for myself, so I can just chill. I'll also have a week without any schoolwork, so I can really relax.

Honestly, my sleeping schedule was a mess. Sometimes I would go to sleep at 2 am and wake up at 6 am. I slept five to six hours a day, sometimes four. It resulted in me falling asleep during my lessons and study sessions and not being able to concentrate. Right now I'm trying to sleep from 10.30 pm to 6 am, so I can sleep more and start my day early.

I used to struggle with studying regularly, which resulted in cramming right before the test. It made me feel stressed out and usually caused lack of sleep. That's why I decided that it's better to revise regularly, but with more breaks and time for myself than not to do anything and then to study all day long.

I've taken part in a lot of competitions since primary school. Actually, I used to be successful in them, that's why I didn't have problems with getting into a good middle school and then a good high school. But in high school competitions are harder, because they're national and no longer regional. I thought I'm not good enough to be successful in them and I used it as an excuse to stop studying. But I talked with my boyfriend and he said that I'm smart enough to achieve my goals, I just have to believe in myself and work hard. That's why I decided to study for mathematician olympiad and other math competitions in summer, even though the material I have to study and exercises I have to do are really hard.

This is more personal but I'm a Catholic, recently struggling with my faith. But faith is something I live on, I feel lost without it. I decided to read my Bible once a day and pray at least twice a day, so I can have a better relation with Lord.

So here are all of my goals. I doubt I'll achieve all of them during summer, but let this be something I'll aim for. You can always be better, right?
