Here are a few tips and tricks to help you sort out your life!

General Health

- Make sure you get up to at least 9 hours of sleep: you'll feel more active throughout the day.

- Don't use your phone before bed: tragic, I know, but it's best not to use your phone before bedtime or place it under your pillow for first use the next morning. While it does tend to kill brain cells, it also disrupts your sleep and stops you from practically, "sleeping to the best of your ability".

- Stay hydrated: as much of a camel you are, you won't survive without water every once in a while. Not only that but staying hydrated clears away the pimples!

- about your own hygiene: yes you've been studying for that really important science test for the past three days but have you showered? Have you brushed your teeth? Have you even peed?

- Healthy Diet = Healthy Mindset: Have a good diet filled with all those vitamins and minerals and irons and potassiums and others that I do not off the top of my head. These can leave you feeling full and active, making you ready for the job ahead!

- Go outsi-- without your electronics: as horrifying as it is, yes, we all need to keep our bodies healthy, as well as our minds.

- Take a break: Studied too hard? Frustrated with something? Ragequit on your game? This applies to them all, take a break. Have a kitkat and just recollect your thoughts.
