My aloe got all mushy and most of its leaves fell off, probably due to overwatering. I am sad now ;-;

Like any of us, you understand that your wee ones can die but you were certain your aloe would make it through its difficult stage.
Your aloe is no more. This is sad news, friend.
If you can do anything with the contents inside its leaves, bottle up the skin saving goop. Although your plant isn't alive anymore, you may be able to reap it's benefits.
Aw poor aloe.
