Technically yes! But he is a character in my AU. Well, the idea came to me when I thought: "There's a lot of monsters in the show, they must not be the only monsters there!". So I made a non-fankid, although his father is a septarian.
Also his full name is Maalyko Yskagani. I uphold the show's monster naming like they did with Buff Frog's.
