Hey girly :cherry_blossom: :two_hearts: :two_hearts: :two_hearts:
This art piece is well done for your level of art, I can see where you tried drawing a school uniform and how you drew the hearts on Star so we knew what character you are drawing. But without those hearts on the cheeks, or without you saying it's Star, this character would be no different from any other character you can draw. To fix this, you can try studying Stars character more, and what makes her an individual from other characters besides the hearts on her check. You can do this by implementing Star's character design with the school uniform, like keeping her devil horns and maybe adding a star to her skirt. I would also recommend erasing the head line that the hair covers, since it makes it look like you didn't actually spend time on your art and just quickly drew a circle and added to it with no erasing. Also, try adding colors next time; even if it's just flat colors it will help your art intensely, and show that you spent more time on it.
These are simply mistakes you can fix easily, and that some of these mistakes that I didn't point out aren't your fault! You're still learning, and you need to reach certain milestones before you can begin working on the face and how the eyes should look. As always, you should look at tutorials and try styles other then the one you're using because it lacks almost any detail (Unless you like this style, in which go for it any way you like to).
This art piece is still adorable, and it isn't the art piece itself that needs work, but your artistic ability as a whole. You're still learning and growing, so embrace your art now and continue drawing to your hearts content
Thank You Bubble, and I do Have to Thank You...this is the first time I didn't panic over Constructive criticism...And I will take it into consideration...I will look more into everything, and hopefully get it better.
