89 facts about me

i saw someone do this a while back and thought it was an interesting idea so here we are. :blush:

1. i’ve been playing guitar since sometime in 2014, so going on 8 years now. it’ll be 9 years this year.

2. i have a baby taylor guitar. the one that taylor collaborated on with ‘taylor guitars’. it was a christmas gift & the perfect guitar for me since i have small hands lol

3. the first song i learned to play on guitar was love story :sparkles:

4. i’ve only been to 2 concerts and both of them were taylor; the 1989 and rep tours

5. i’ve never met taylor unfortunately 🥲 but i did get a group TN notice on my old instagram

6. i have 2 cats. there’s skylar, who we adopted in sept 2021 when she was about 5 months or so. and we adopted our second cat, stella, in nov 2022, when she was about 4 and 1/2 months. they didn’t get along at first but now they’re best friends and they play and cuddle and all the cute things 🥰

7. by ‘we’, i mean my husband and i lol. this past november was our 2nd wedding anniversary

8. i don’t if i’ve ever mentioned my age here but i am 23. and i’m an august baby :sparkles:

9. some celebrities i share a birthday with are matthew perry (from friends), tammin sursok (from pretty little liars), and christina perri (obviously a singer :blush: )

10. speaking of friends, i’m pretty sure it’s my favorite show of all time. it’s definitely my comfort show. not kidding, i literally saw the box set at a store the other day and showed it to my husband, saying “christmas” :joy:

11. i am the oldest of 4 siblings

12. jumping back onto the taylor train, my favorite album is evermore

13. the other albums in my top 3 are midnights and folklore in that order

14. i first became a swiftie in the early 1989 era. i the music videos getting released and all that, but i wasn’t officially in the fandom until after the release. 1989 is what made me a swiftie

15. ^ so i consider reputation to be my first full album cycle

16. growing up, i changed dream careers very often, like most kids. i wanted to be a marine biologist for the longest time, an astronomer, a scientist *very* briefly, and i think a ballet dancer

17. when i was in my late teens, i really wanted to be a singer. i wrote songs, envisioned music videos and performances…it ultimately didn’t pan out

18. ^ 1. because my songs were horrible (not just saying that; they were bad, trust me :joy: )

19. ^ and 2. i have horrible stage fright. i have no idea how i thought i was going to overcome that to be a singer lol

20. after that, i seriously settled on being an actress, which seemed way more plausible. but that opportunity didn’t end up presenting itself either. but it’s totally fine :blush:

21. some of my favorite songs by taylor are - in no particular order - champagne problems, maroon, wildest dreams (tv), cruel summer, the 1, willow, cardigan, our song, anti-hero, ivy, clean, i bet you think about me, …ready for it, bejeweled, mastermind, mirrorball, labyrinth, TIWWCHNT…..the list goes on lol

22. some of my favorite non-taylor artists are kelsea ballerini, maddie & tae, olivia rodrigo, maren morris, sabrina carpenter, and camila cabello

23. i also like k-pop; my favorite groups are ITZY, blackpink, IVE, everglow, and aespa

24. i’m still somewhat new to the world of k-pop. i still don’t know tons of various groups, all the companies, and how things work, etc. i’m working on expanding my knowledge of everything

25. i like to cook. i prefer easier recipes but i’m super open to new dishes and i love trying different foods

26. as much as i like to cook, i think i like cleaning even more. as weird as that might sound. i was influenced by cleantok and all the relaxing/satisfying cleaning, restocking, and organizing videos! so now i love having my little cleaning routine and scheduling days to get it done lol

27. i also may just be a bit of a clean freak haha. i don’t consider myself a germaphobe exactly, but i do prefer things to be clean along with neat

28. there’s a whole wiki entry on my merch, but in case you haven’t seen it, i’ve been very lucky to be able to have a small collection of taylor swift merch

29. ^ some of my favorite items are my willow snow globe, my ‘midnights’ vinyl coasters my ‘all too well’ notebook, and my ‘red’ and snake rings

30. i prefer natural light over anything and everything else. sunlight helps me stay optimistic :sunny:

31. and i prefer daytime over nighttime 100%

32. especially mornings. i’m a morning person. i like getting up early and having the whole day ahead of me to do things. i may not always like my alarm waking me up, but once i’m awake, i appreciate it :joy:

33. what’s ironic though is i actually struggle with insomnia. mostly when i was younger, but it gets me occasionally now, as an adult

34. we’ll take a quick dip into the deeper subjects since that’s where we seem to be heading lol: i have anxiety and it’s a daily struggle. i tried medication for it, but it didn’t really do any good for me. i take every opportunity to educate others on anxiety and its effects and just how bad it can be. it’s not as simple as people think it is

35. fun (not so fun) fact: i had to go to the emergency room twice within a month due to issues with my anxiety :flushed:

36. ok, let’s move on from that! let’s talk about desserts! :grin: my all time favorite dessert is peach cobbler!

37. other favorite deserts include banana pudding, chocolate chip cookies (as long as they’re soft and chewy!), apple pie and pumpkin pie!

38. i was really looking forward to thanksgiving last year because i love the food, but it had to be cancelled because the family member whose house it was going to be hosted at, their entire family got very sick (not covid, thankfully).

39. i freaking love the two hot takes podcast. i put their episodes on my calendar and i’m considering g up for patreon just to subscribe to them lol

40. while i don’t consider myself a gamer, i love playing the sims 4 and i watch a lot of speed builds on youtube

41. i love planning things and organization. i use the ‘structured’ app literally every single day of my life to plan out my daily schedule. (highly recommend!) i also have a whiteboard calendar on my wall, a monthly undated calendar for my desk, and a weekly undated planner too. :joy: 🙃 i told you i love planning and organization!

42. stationary is an unhealthy addiction for me lol. i have a small collection of highlighters and pens and a few washi tapes.

43. and while we’re on this subject, i love to use the doodle planners by amanda rach lee! she’s a youtuber known for her bullet journaling. she got me into bullet journals. i have her 2023 doodle planner in my nightstand; just waiting for it to get closer to the new year so i can start coloring in the january spread and start using it! 44. another addiction of mine is starbucks. i have a very unhealthy attachment to starbucks…lol 🙃

45. my go-to order (until it went out of season) was a grande pumpkin spice frappuccino.

46. ^ it’s one of the very few drinks that i like coffee in. i’m not typically a coffee person; i don’t like the taste. but certain frappuccinos i prefer to have a coffee base.

47. whenever pumpkin spice is not available, my usual order is a pink drink. although i don’t order it as much as i used to. once the pumpkin stuff goes out of season, my starbucks visits become way less frequent lol.

48. ^ but until then, i have this frappuccino almost every day…told you it was an addiction…lol

49. completely changing the subject now: i avoided olive garden like the plague for about 10 years. i’d had a really bad experience at one when i was around 11-12 or so. from then on, i didn’t like olive garden at all and didn’t step foot in one until a couple weeks ago. and…i ended up liking it lol

50. i’m currently trying to apply for school. it’s very stressful bc i have to apply for financial benefits first and then decide on what i want to study and then apply to the actual school 🙃

51. that’s so raven is the best show disney channel has ever and will ever make. i will die on this hill.

52. i have several people i would love to send the song ‘karma’ to. like a ‘how do i send this to someone without sending it to them’ kinda thing lol.

53. i’m usually the last person on earth to watch popular tv shows. i didn’t start watching gilmore girls until this past fall (on season 6 currently!). i didn’t start watching ‘wednesday’ until like a month after it premiered. i started watching emily in paris last year. i’m sure there’s more.

54. ^ and yet i’m usually pretty good with watching popular movies while they’re still popular.

55. lowkey i’m still bitter over netflix cancelling ‘fate: the winx saga’. yes, the show was kinda cliche at times and definitely not the highest quality show on the service, but it was entertaining! i liked the characters!

56. before we move on from tv shows, can i just mention how much i love h2o: just add water STILL. loved it as a kid and i still watch it! an h2o reunion is not a want, it’s a need.

57. but we’re not going to talk about how obsessed i was with hannah montana once upon a time 🫢

58. moving on! i’m a natural redhead lol! :woman: 🏻‍🦰 i dyed my hair black in 2020 and loved it, but ultimately i love my natural hair more. took me forever to finally start appreciating it.

59. i’ve been in over half of the states in the U.S. but have only lived in 3 of them.

60. i’ve always wanted to go to hawaii, but it probably won’t happen for a really long time.

61. my husband and i went to disney world in florida for our honeymoon. it was my 3rd or 4th time there (can’t :sweat_smile: ) and his first.

62. i’ve won a swiftie giveaway and i hosted my very first one in december for swiftmas

63. ^ i’m hoping to host another one soon. looking at around march or so for it!

64. i used to be on swiftspace before it closed and i miss it so much 🥲

65. just kidding, back to tv shows; some of my guilty pleasure shows are married at first sight and the bachelor/ette. hope i haven’t already mentioned that.

66. some of the shows that my husband and i like to watch together are the masked singer, shark tank, and (as of recently) gilmore girls.

67. ^ i started out watching GG by myself and then he slowly started getting into it bc he’d end up listening while the show was playing in the same room. and while i don’t only watch it with him, he will stop whatever he’s doing to me if i put it on while he’s home lol.

68. ^ my husband always gets into my shows lol. he also learned the plot of h2o: just add water, mako mermaids, and now emily in paris. :joy:

69. don’t think i’ve mentioned my addiction/love for youtube yet lol. i watch youtube more than any streaming service.

70. some of my favorite youtubers are rosanna pansino, vixella, safiya nygaard, kendall rae, mama doctor jones, gibi ASMR, mr. nightmare, sarah rae vargas, amanda rach lee, abbie & julia, jessica kent, michelle khare, and jamie wolfer.

71. ^ you’re probably thinking that’s a lot, and i told you, i watch a lot of youtube. :joy:

72. and you might’ve noticed mr. nightmare on there. if you don’t know, he narrates scary allegedly true stories and he’s super popular with millions of subscribers. i get so excited when he s.

73. ^ same for chilling scares. he’s also a horror story narrator and he’s like a second mr. nightmare. they’re my favorites in that genre.

74. i’m running out of things to include so i’m just gonna put random things and hope i haven’t mentioned them already lol. the main book i’m reading is ‘kiss her once for me’ by alison cochrun.

75. some other books i’m ‘technically’ reading right now but have kinda taken a break from are: ‘love on the brain’ by ali hazelwood, ‘the family game’ by catherine stean, ‘all the dangerous things’ by stacy willingham, and ‘daisy darker’ by alice feeney.

76. if you haven’t noticed already, i’m a major bibliophile. :blush: :books:

77. and i have a bad habit of starting new books before finishing my current ones. :sweat_smile:

78. there’s actually more books that i’ve started but full on stopped reading but i’m just not including them lol.

79. my favorite book genres (in no particular order) are romance, YA, historical fiction, fantasy, magical realism, and thriller.

80. some of my favorite books that i’ve read are: ‘the seven husbands of evelyn hugo’ by taylor jenkins-reid, ‘the love hypothesis’ by ali hazelwood, ‘daisy jones and the six’ by taylor jenkins-reid, ‘things we do in the dark’ by jennifer hillier, ‘the bodyguard’ by katherine center, and ‘breathless’ by amy mcculloch.

81. some more completely random facts about me are: i love typing. on phones, especially on laptops.

82. ^ i even got a mechanical keyboard off amazon and i love it. if you don’t know, mechanical keyboards make click-clack sounds when to type, similar to a typewriter, and they’re very fun to use lol! :grin:

84. speaking of amazon, i do a lot of shopping there. i have so many lists, i could make an amazon storefront lol.

85. i couldn’t even name all the items i’ve bought off there. but some of my favorites are: my desk, laptop stand, keyboard (obviously), record player, bed frame, nightstand, storage container that i keep on the nightstand lol, my backpack, water bottle, these mini trash cans for my car, desk calendar, and my budget planner.

86. we’ll just back onto the taylor topics for the last few facts. i was able to get a ticket to the eras tour but ended up selling it. but it went to someone who would deserved it so i’m happy with that decision.

87. some songs i’m hoping taylor songs on tour as like a surprise song are: state of grace, ivy, teardrops on my guitar, nothing new, evermore, mirrorball, i wish you would
