Presale Details!!

Hey guys, so I know it’s been FOREVER since I’ve posted. I’ve just been busy. Anyways I called Ticketmaster to ask a few questions about the presale and the costumer service woman answered the best she could. Here’s what she said:

Q: Can I get one VIP and two general snake pit tickets in the same purchase, or will they all have to be VIP?

A: So this one was kind of confusing, but if you purchase the VIP separate from the general it’s likely the seats won’t be together. She didn’t really answer if you could purchase one VIP and two generals in an order so i’m not really sure.

Q: Do you have a general price range for each section?

A: You’ll be able to see the price range when they post the event on Ticketmaster. If they post it before your presale make sure to check. Although it won’t say how much for any specific section, it should give you a range of lowest-highest.

Q: Will we be able to to change our ticket quantity before presale?

A: You won’t be able to change ticket preferences before presale, but you can while you’re purchasing as long as they don’t go over the limit.

Q: If you buy multiple tickets under one name, can you give the tickets to anyone? (as in can you purchase tickets for friends)

A: Yes, definitely. They won’t ID anyone based on the name on the ticket.

Q: How much will fees be?

A: They are generally about $10, but it changes based on the popularity on the event.

Okay, so those were all the questions I asked. I’m seriously so thankful for the costumer service women (I think her name was Vicky) because she really made me feel a little better about presale on Tuesday.
