With this challenge, I ask you all to be ultra creative! Because today I want you to...
:movie_camera: Recreate a Taylor Swift Music Video! :movie_camera:
So, picking any music video out of Taylor's videography, I want you to...
:clapper: Write a detailed screenplay!
:clapper: Write a descriptive blog!
Make this music video your very own! :sparkles:
Make up your own plot, scenes, characters, etc. For example, if I were to recreate the Ours music video, I could ...
Make it about an elderly couple who are all each other have left. Right from when they were young nobody believed they would last, but they did and they have.
Scene One -
Two elderly people sitting in two armchairs beside each other.
Scene Two -
Flashback to when they were teenagers on their first date, describing the setting, even including dialogue —
Scene Three -
Their wedding day, etc.
Create as many scenes as you like! Of course, I mean this in a reasonable quantity. Keep in mind that this video is only approximately three minutes long!
Some tips...
:clapper: Details!
- I read this really wonderful descriptive short story on Wattpad once about the Out Of The Woods music video (before OOTW became a music video). If it were still available, I'd leave a link, because it honestly depicts exactly what I mean here.
:clapper: Describe everything!
- make sure to tell about everything going on if it's a busy music video. Of course, it can be something simple and aesthetic too — again, it's all up to you!
:clapper: Keep it on subject!
- Make sure you decide what your plot is and revolve everything that's going in your music video around it.
:clapper: Be creative!
- you can use gifs, pictures, edits, anything you want to make it your own!
Try and think outside of the box and come up with something unique, but still related to the music video you've chosen to recreate!

It does sound a little tricky, but you can do it really simple if you like! You can simply write a small blog describing what you think the music video you choose would look like even 🙃
Yay! I love this! And you know what?! I put such a similar thing when I tried out for creative director or something I forgot the term lol. I put in 'create a MV for a song that didn't get one'. I guess great minds think alike :wink: Also, I'm totally gonna take part!
