Birthday.

(Fuck I'm a week late... June 10th is Liz's official birthday if you are confused.)

She woke up, scared by her alarm clock. Liz groaned slightly as she slowly looked over at the spider woman themed calendar, it was her birthday. Liz got up and stretched and the guards handed her a glass of water with her pills inside, it was medication for her schizophrenia.

After Liz took her pills , she noticed a box wrapped in tin foil with a tag on it. It was a present from Luke. She quickly tore the tin foil off the box, it was a CD player and 2 CDs. Never mind by Nirvana and the other CD Luke's acoustic covers of songs from Never mind

Liz didn't know what it was at first but then read the back of the CD player's box, she smiled while opening the box as Luke walked in. Liz saw him and jumped up then quickly hugged him while giggling slightly.

Luke hugged her back, he sighed and Liz smiled at him

"Happy birthday Liz," Said Luke while giving Liz a birthday card "what's on your schedule today Liz?"

"I'm getting my haircut today," boasted Liz while looking at the card. It said Happy 17th birthday and had a 5 dollar note inside.

Later on the day, after Liz's haircut

When Liz got back from getting her haircut with Luke, her cell was filled with pink and purple balloons and ribbon. Gwen's father , George Stacy was there putting a birthday card that spider woman themed down next to the card Luke brought for Liz.

"G-george!," yelled Liz and George looked at her "where's Gwen?"

"Well she's really busy with her work nowadays Lizzy."

Luke tilted his head and looked at George.

"Since when did Gwen work?"

"Don't you know that she's spi-"

George put his hand over Liz's mouth, Luke suddenly smacked George

"Get your hands off her!" yelled Luke as George fell back and signalled the guards to leave the cell.

George sighed then stood back up.

"I didn't want to tell Liz this on her birthday but looks like I have to..." George said to himself as Liz and Luke looked at George "she's come in with that alien stuff that got on Liz."

"Well shit but I want to know where she works."

"She's spider woman!"

Luke sighed and face palmed.

"Would of been nice if I was informed before she was taken over by the same goo that got my ex." Everyone went silent as Liz started crying. She hugged Luke and Luke was surprised for moment, he hugged her back then gently rubbed her shoulders.

Liz cried into Luke's chest , Gwen was watching through the small glass window that was apart the cell. She was waiting for Luke and George to leave Liz for the night.

Later that night, Luke left Liz and so did George.

Liz got ready for bed, she put on her onesie and laid in bed. She had been given her pills again and a baby bottle, they always gave her a baby bottle because she preferred it over the normal glass. The guards left for the night and Liz drank her milk, dark navy blue goo dripped onto the ground next to Liz's bed.

Liz saw the goo and hid under her blanket, Gwen jumped down from the roof and giggled.

"What? Are you scared sweetie?" Gwen said, giggling "It's just your friendly neighborhood Spider woman." Liz started crying as Gwen pulled the blanket off of her.

Trauma grabbed Liz, she squealed but Trauma put her claw over her mouth

"Shush sweetheart," Trauma said laughing "Trauma's back to have fun~"

"No! Leave me alone!"

"Don't give me that attitude!"

Trauma grabbed Liz by the arm and Liz cried, she quickly grabbed her CD player then turned it on. One of the guards shocked Trauma, Trauma screeched and jumped off of Gwen's body. An armored officer caught Trauma in a glass tube , Gwen looked at Liz and Liz hugged Gwen. Gwen hugged back then held Liz, cradling her slightly.

"I'm sorry Liz....I couldn't control it......" Gwen laid Liz in her bed and hid her face with her hood.

"Ms Stacy its best you stay the night here."

"That's ok," She said putting her mask on "It'll make up for being absent on Liz's birthday and nice haircut Liz."

Gwen had her bag on her back, she pulled a skirt and sweater out then put it on. The guards left them as Gwen got into bed with Liz.
