Tabletop On Discord!!!

Fellow Samurai, I am happy to announce that Tabletop Amino has an official Discord chat server!! And a HUGE thank you goes out to

For the initial server setup. This means everyone can now host games via text OR voice AND via mobile (through the Discord app) or on your computer at home.

To commemorate this glorious event, VOTE for what kind of event you'd like him to host.

Here are some of the available features of our shiny new chat server:

♡ Character Sheet Database - YES! Now you can create a character sheet up to 2000 text characters and add it to the database where players and GMs can access them easily. (Sorry no embedded images, but you CAN insert text URL links to images you need there)

♡ Dice rolling - WHAT?!?! YES!!! I've managed to bring a dice bot online for all your rolling needs. It can handle basic rolls like 1d20 or complex rolls like 5d6 + 2d8.

♡ Built in RPG - While you're waiting for games to start or players to show up, why not kill some monsters, level up your character, craft items, or a guild? Or challenge other players and beat up on your friends. :sweat_smile:

♡ LOGS - With notifications at the top of each chat channel, it's EASY to see how much people have been talking since you left.

♡ Image and link posting - The same great features you use here on Amino, so you lose none of the fun.

♡ Mentions - Waiting for someone to show up? Get their attention by using an @in front of their name to push a notice to them privately.

♡ GM Chat Moderation - GMs, you now have the power to kick, ban, silence players as needed, putting players on timeout without excluding them from the game entirely. (You can put them in a time out)

♡ Real time player to game connection - we have dedicated chatrooms to find players to fill slots as well as players to find games to !

♡ An uncensored chat channel - Not the most important thing, and it's not a total free-for-all, but it's for those of us with a potty mouth.

♡ Member levels - Your activity gains you points on the server. See how high you can get!

♡ IC and OOC rooms - Need more rooms for your game? No problem. Request them from the s.

So there you have it! Tabletop bringing the ease of a voice and text roleplay environment with the roleplay features that are important to online gamers.

If anyone has suggestions for other bots they'd like to see, tell me and I'll see if that bot and its features will gel well with the server.
