the first few minutes are actually the worst for me, then i get used to it and im able to forget its even happening lol i usually just chat with my artist or play games on my phone. my elbow was the only one where i had to put my phone down and focus on powering through lol
I think I have a little below avarage pain tolerance. I push through to get it done. I would say my most painful one was around over my ankle :rose:
