hello there ! first of all , i'd like to ask why so many tutorials are bring posted [ i'm making this because i've seen some posts asking ] . anyways, let's start !

i'll be teaching you how to make this :arrow_heading_down:

step one ::

open the app picsart and click the plus button , then select the photo you want to make a profile photo out of .

step two ::

click 'tools' and then crop , then select the square option at the bottom of the menu . crop your image into a square , and then click the check mark at the top right to save .

step three ::

click 'tools' again and then select shape crop . click the circle at the bottom of the menu and extend your circle ( ? ) . click the arrow at the top right .

step four ::

you can choose the width of your border , i usually set it to zero lmao .

step five ::

scroll to the right on the menu and select the option 'shape mask.' click the circle if you're not already on it and extend the circle to wherever you want .

step six ::

save that and then save the picture altogether . then , you're done ! you can add a psd if you'd like uwu .
