i wanted to put this here for people that request from me- i'm not sure if i should be or not but i'll do it anyway. :skull: if you need me to edit something for a community of yours or make a template, PLEASE don't have me it and make me staff yada yada, if i can help you out from here i will be beyond happy to do it but again, please don't invite me in or be like ", i'll make you staff and tell you what to do." i don't know how to say no, and i'm especially uncomfortable doing it if i HAVE ALREADY SAID it and it didn't work. i end up caught up in dozens of comms being a staff member when i'm incapable of doing it wether it is because i'm gonna be busy, especially now with college, or because i'm not able to fulfill your requirements- i feel bad that i can't contribute and it also looks like gatekeeping a position so just, it makes me feel uneasy and overwhelmed.
and yes i get i can say i don't want to be a staff team member or just say i wanna quit after i'm done helping, BUT i DO do that and people keep insisting and are like "it's fine if you're inactive" / "most staff aren't here" and so on and i just can't continue nagging about it because i start feeling awkward and anxious lmfao.
so once again, if i can help you out from TASA i will be more than glad to, you can tell me how you prefer your templates/edits to be delievered but PLEASE, don't invite me into your community and then tell me what i have to do- and don't ask me if i want to be a staff member in your community because the answer is no, i'm already in like more than 3 comms like this and i'm not doing sh!t, i can't maintain it so i hope this can be respected.

I know this is an old post you made, but tbh that's really weird. you signed up to help them with a commission/request, and all of a sudden, they're making you a staff member in their community. that's so weird, in my opinion, and kinda creepy :sob: I would be so mad if someone did this to me

oml yeah that's also a problem. :sob: :sob: i haven't really faced this issue so far but it must be common if you have it going on, surely other people do too. :skull: tho i think it's easy to fix, it might just be a bit annoying to keep telling off about rules.

it's mostly people not reading the rules and requesting something you don't offer or paying you before even discussing what they want which me personally it stresses me out cos now I feel rushed to finish their commissions :sob:

i hate how weird this sounds but i hope my point will be understood the way i put it across. i'm not ungrateful or anything and im literally the happiest person whenever people choose me to help! but i cant sign up for what i'm not capable of doing/can't maintain.
