Like others have mentioned, photopea is good for using psds. There are tutorial posts in this amino that can tell you how to use psds if you’re not familiar. That’s how I learned. Otherwise, I have used the app Polarr!
Smh nevermind about Polarr, it looks like a lot of the best features are locked for subscription only :sob: sad choice by them

literally any app with the option to adjust colors works !

For that I used psds from deviantart and used photopea to put them on the edit. If that’s what u mean?

Like the others said, if you are wanting to adjust colours in an image Photopea is the place for that
You would get PSD files from DeviantArt and apply them to Photopea
