I could use some help

I'm looking to make a PvP Bowblade, except instead of going as a Gankblade/stealth archer, I want to make a combat archer that keeps their distance and is so quick that I won't need to use stealth. This doesn't need to be a one bar build, but having a one bar and two bar version might help me with getting back into the game (Been away because of a medical emergency).

Nightblade is a class I have played plenty of, but it has been quite some time since I played it, so the class has changed a lot from what I . I've been researching gear sets, skills and morphs, so far I've been feeling overwhelmed with just how much has changed and feel like it will take me forever to get anywhere by myself which is why I'm here.

Some skills I would like to try and fit in with this build are Healthy Offering and Merciless Resolve or Siphoning Strikes (I don't know which morph works better) maybe all three of these skills if it is possible.

This is just a side note, I really like the forest elf theme the Bosmer have, and going with something that fits that aesthetic and shows off their talent in archery is my goal with this character and build.

So, any help I can get will be greatly appreciated!
