The Sarpa are said to be a winged tribe of argonians that live deep within the imperial regionsof black marsh. These argonians are said to be very xenophobic to outsiders, killing many who tres.
The sarpa are not seen outside of black mash, and so there is not much that people know of their cultures. This may also be due to their violent behaviour to foreigners.
