Olá, DCnautas! Como vocês estão? Espero que a resposta seja positiva. Não trago boas notícias, na verdade são péssimas notícias. Recebi um email do Time Amino no dia 19 de maio, informei a staff por fora do aplicativo (já que não estou tão ativa pelas minhas provas da faculdade) e pedi para que comunicassem a equipe do evento. Porém, não tínhamos feito um comunicado público ainda. Então cá estamos nós.

O Time Amino cancelou nosso evento, pois segundo eles, nossa comunidade não está apta para isso. Eles não enviaram o email primeiro para informar, na verdade eu havia enviado um email no começo de maio perguntando se nosso evento ainda estaria confirmado, já que todos os eventos que acompanhamos serem confirmados nos últimos meses já haviam recebido data oficial e o nosso não (sei que muitos outros que estão esperando faz tempo também não receberam data, mas ainda sim ficamos preocupados). E então, no dia 19 de maio, a Julia do Time Amino (que eu imagino ser uma nova interna do TA, já que antes quem me respondia era a Stella) enviou a resposta dizendo que nosso evento não está confirmado e que devemos enviar uma nova solicitação em breve para confirmar novamente.

Isso me abalou muito, que já estou estressada com essas provas finais da faculdade e com o fato de não ter tido tempo para estar online aqui nas últimas semanas, mas também abalou toda a nossa equipe. Imaginem como foi ler este email do Time Amino e imediatamente pensar em como informar a staff, a criadora do set, a organização do evento, a equipe do evento e todos vocês que estavam esperando pela data conosco que simplesmente não irá mais acontecer.

Agora vocês devem estar se perguntando se vamos tentar novamente confirmar o evento, a resposta que posso dar a vocês é: eu não sei. Eu desejo muito isso, mas não tenho ânimo e nem vontade depois desse cancelamento, e também depende de toda a equipe se prontificar a ajudar novamente. Iremos ter que ar novamente por todas aquelas etapas que duraram meses: divulgar o set do evento, pedir ajuda nas comunidades, manter interações diárias e semanais para os membros, enviar diversos emails ao TA e aguardar por muito tempo por uma resposta. Não é a primeira vez que amos por isso, mas sinceramente, é algo cansativo e que eu como agente não sei mais se consigo novamente.

Estamos sem forças e ainda é algo que iremos debater com toda a organização e equipe do evento, pois tomar uma decisão sobre isso não envolve somente a mim. Eu estou aqui no cargo de líder agente há 2 anos e me orgulho muito do que todos nós fizemos durante todo esse tempo, mas também é extremamente frustrante ver todo o nosso esforço de todos esses últimos meses sendo simplesmente jogado fora. Portanto, deixo aqui também um apelo a vocês que querem que façamos outra tentativa (que se formos fazer, também não sabemos exatamente quando será) para comentar nessa postagem #HQEventContinua para sabermos quantos de vocês ainda desejam que esse evento aconteça. Assim que tomarmos uma decisão a respeito de continuar ou não com o evento, farei uma nova postagem para informar a todos vocês.

Hello, DCnautas! How are you? I hope you're doing well. Unfortunately, I don't have good news to share. In fact, the news is quite bad. I received an email from the Amino Team on May 19th, and I informed the staff outside of the app (since I haven't been very active due to my college exams). I asked them to communicate the news to the event team. However, we hadn't made a public announcement yet, so here we are.

The Amino Team canceled our event because, according to them, our community isn't suitable for it. They didn't send an email to inform us first; instead, I had sent an email in early May asking if our event was still confirmed, since all the other events that were confirmed in recent months had already received an official date, and ours hadn't. On May 19th, Julia from the Amino Team (who I assume is a new intern, since Stella used to respond to me) sent a response saying that our event isn't confirmed and that we should send a new request soon to confirm again.

This news really affected me, especially since I'm already stressed with my final exams and haven't had time to be online lately. It also affected our entire team. Imagine reading this email from the Amino Team and immediately thinking about how to inform the staff, the set creator, the event organization, and all of you who were waiting for the date with us, only to find out that it won't happen anymore.

Now you might be wondering if we'll try to confirm the event again. The answer I can give you is: I don't know. I really want to, but I don't have the energy or motivation after this cancellation, and it also depends on the entire team being willing to help again. We'll have to go through all those stages that took months: promoting the event set, asking for help in communities, maintaining daily and weekly interactions for , sending multiple emails to the Amino Team, and waiting a long time for a response. It's not the first time we've gone through this, but honestly, it's exhausting, and I'm not sure if I can do it again.

We're feeling drained, and this is something we'll discuss with the entire organization and event team, since making a decision about this doesn't just involve me. I've been in the leader agent role for 2 years, and I'm very proud of what we've accomplished during this time, but it's also extremely frustrating to see all our effort over the past few months being thrown away. Therefore, I'd like to make an appeal to those of you who want us to try again (if we decide to, we don't know exactly when it will be) to comment on this post with #HQEventContinua so we can see how many of you still want this event to happen. As soon as we make a decision about continuing or not, I'll make a new post to inform everyone.
