Hikaru and Kuro have such a special bond.

With Kuro's siblings all having past away, and Kuro's mother despondent due to grief, Hikaru is basically his only parent. His father has never been harsh or demeaning to Kuro's own grieving, not just abour his siblings but his mother too, but has only ever been a source of comfort and love.

Hikaru is so proud of his only remaining son. It's hard to tackle his own grief, while trying to stay strong for his son, but somehow he's holding it together.
