Name

Put the FULL OC NAME in "Name", first, middle, and last. Add each name meaning, pronunciation, and, if any, where it comes from! Ex- Antoinette is a french feminine name meaning "little Antoine" or "she who is like Antoine," derived from the Latin name Antonius, which was a Roman family name. Do this for the middle and last names however if they have two separate parents and have two different names put that here. If they have 2 last names do both, if they don't use either it's up to you to put it. Add aliases! All of them, how'd they obtain each one, and do they have an interesting alias or not? Is there lore for their nicknames? Include if their name was given/gifted to them and mention by who if there was someone.

Dates! Add the OC gender, sexuality and their preference (be specific, do they like aspects of gender like power? Or a type)date(you CAN include the year for like.. yearly birthday stuff) and if you're into zodiacs, down to the time they were born and the day (Example Monday, January 4, 2016 at 4:16 AM.) and include weather! Zodiac signs (sun usually but there is rising and moon which you can add) are welcome here if you want. And if you're feeling buzzy(lol), add birthstones and birth flowers! These are easy to find and if you want you can add the meaning but if you do connect it back to the character. Animal, what animal are they? What's the exact Specie? Is their breed special? Rare? Common? Physically what are they called? Chimera? Albino? Include this and their physical prowess. What can / can't they do? Better eyesight? What about unique things about/on them like scars? Visibly how do they look? Describe them! What dialects do they use? What are they fluent in? Accent? Languages they may speak?

                                                         

Introspective

Personality! What's a best way to describe your OC? What are their traits? Positive, Negative, and. Neutral traits. Try to be diverse with the traits? Be unique with alternative words that mean the same or similar. Where do they fall on the 16 personalities? How about the MBTI 9 personalities? Does this determine how they act or is it just an observation of habits an choices? Morally are they pure? Black? Or grey? Any habits? Good or bad? Maybe hey have a coping mechanism? Defense mechanism? Triggers? Perhaps pet peeves? What do they like or love? How about things that give them comfort and include why? What makes them uncomfortable and why? Do they hate or dislike certain things? Go into depth about your OCS mental state and sanity as well, this will determine how they view the world and the choices they make. Are they particular about opinions? What are their opinions?

Kinship

Mother :: full name

Go into detail about their relationship with each other and with their parents. Separately and together. You can add 2 paragraphs for the respective parents or keep it in one. Is one dead? Or are both alive and well? How old are they? What's their background? Physically describe them? Personality? Do they get traits from one, both, or none?

Siblings :: full name

Add the siblings or you can separate the genre into Sisters and Brothers or keep it as one. Again, each paragraph can be for one sibling or add in one large paragraph. Similar to the parents, do they have a good relationship? Are they blood siblings, half blood, or step siblings? Maybe they were adopted? Description? What animal are they? Personality? Do they do things together that is sibling like? Perhaps they used to get in trouble together?

Mate/love interest :: Full name

The hubby/wifey, love of their life, pookie bookie, sweetie, you get the idea. When did they meet? Is this one sided or mutual? Who are they? What trope are they? Ex- Enemies to lovers, Childhood friends to lovers? Maybe lovers to enemies and back to lovers? How about a rekindled flame? DETAILS we want the tea!
