            renlys side but later sweared to his

            brother stannis. upon stannis' loss

            at blackwater, edmund found himself

            travelling to essos. there he met the

            dragon queen and whilst she originally

            wanted him dead for his brothers

             crimes, he proved loyalty to her and

             bent the knee, calling daenerys his

             queen.

            hotd setting:

            during the dance, edmund like his

            family sided with the greens. he

             defended the rule of king aegon ii in

            battle and became a close friend to

             both the king and his brother aemond.
