By the White was the slayer before Karaka, because of reasons not entirely explained he got demoted to regular after getting defeated by a princess of Jahad and being sealed in the hell train. Also an irregular is someone chosen by the tower itself because Bam was actually born in the tower on the now floor of death but Arlene some how got the 2 of them out.
On the tog wiki, and from what I've seen, White is a Slayer Candidate. But yh.....
